Shipping charges for each item will vary according to the size, weight, packaging and destination. All of the artwork will be professionally packaged and insured and will be shipped by courier service. Applicable taxes and customs brokerage fees will be included in the final price. If the itern requires crating or special packaging there may be an additional shipping and handling cost. The shipping and handling charges well be calculated and presented before the purchase is finalized. As soon as the order details and shipping/handling charges have been confirmed with the purchaser, the payment will be processed and the order packaged and shipped. The timeline for receiving the artwork will vary depending on the destination but should generally be within two weeks of ordering. A tracking number will be provided to the customer for the courier service used.

Damaged packages must be reported immediately to the courier company and CDA. Please do not discard the original packaging materials. We will accept returned goods only if they are packaged in the original packaging materials and returned by the same courier service. A refund or credit will be issued in the case of damaged goods when this procedure is followed.
